Of course no other way of support impacts the LCDRT as fast as moneys that are donated. Businesses and individuals through out the years from Larimer County and other areas have made it possible for the LCDRT to keep its people trained to the highest standards and operate some of the best equipment in the industry. No donation is to small is an understatement when speaking about the LCDRT. Equipment requires regular maintenance and upkeep. Members require continuous training year round. As newer, safer and more effective gear becomes available, the LCDRT is committed to finding ways that its members will get this gear to work with. Larimer County offers a vast array of water environments for the team to respond to. Making sure they are trained and equipped to handle these situations requires money.

The equipment and resources needed to provide water rescues are expensive. The dive team maintains over $100,000.00 worth of equpment. Including: dive gear, ice and swift water rescue equipment, medical provisions and emergency vehicles. The LCDRT relies soley on donations and volunteer support for its continued success.
