 One of the common myths associated with becoming a member of the LCDRT is that you need dive experience. While we do encourage those community members with SCUBA experience to come check us out, many of our members have joined with absolutely NO dive experience at all. In fact, many members choose to work shore side with our operations as that is where they feel most comfortable. Any emergency dive rescue professional will tell you that without a competent and highly skilled shore support, the operation is in trouble. The LCDRT has a need for dedicated and committed citizens that want to make a difference. Feel free to email our Membership Coordinator, Dave Dennis for more information.
